He rose to prominence as a key figure in the neo-tribal metalsmithing movement, co-starring in the influential 2006 documentary and instructional video'Knifemaking Unplugged' alongside makers Tai Goo and Ron Hood, and is known for his'Wash Tub Forge' design process.
