Surgical Steel blade is about 6 long. This knife is very sharp and is solid in heft and feel. Hollow ground blade makes this blade easy to sharpen. Handle appears to be cast stainless steel by the feel of it. Could be aluminum, but feels a little heavy for that. I'm still researching for more information on this knife.
