The knife unfortunately fell out of case that was not zipped properly when opening my car door Amazingly the only damage was a very small chip on back of front scale, it dont even go through the Cerekot finish, and a ding on the spine of the blade, towards but not on, The tip, just top, not side of hand satin flat ground blade (see pictures provided). Both are hardly noticeable until you actually know they are there. The function of the knife, the look of the knife and the quality of the knife were not compromised, and is still a fantastic knife regardless.
