CO Safety Folding Hunting Pocket Knife with Original Leather Sheath MSA. Rare 1911 /1912 "Wagon Wheel" w/ Rosettes. Marble Safety A x C. First of the patented safety folders. Hard Rubber handle has nickel bolsters. The handle has no cracks, but does have some scratches, (see photos). One side of the Handle is marked "MARBLE" and the other side is marked M. Making this the RARE "Wagon Wheels" model.
Snap both opening and closing. The Blade measures 5 inches long and the Handle measures: 4-3/8 inches long. It does not have any nicks on the blade, yet, the tip appears chipped. It is also appears to have not been sharpened.
The leather sheath measures 7 1/2, It has some damage, the front under the logo is is missing the top coat of leather. The stitching is loose on one side, there is a hole (see photos) on the back panel of the sheath. I would say it is in pretty good condition for being over 100 years old.
