From estate-Very nice vintage Western W49 F hunting knife with sheath

Very nice Western W49 "F" hunting knife with sheath. 9 3/8 long, and overall the knife is 14 3/4 inches long. The condition is mostly excellent, the blade has never been sharpened, and I don't think this knife has ever been used. The only small problem is a chip on the end of the wooden handle, and subsequent small crack extending from it. I think someone probably picked it up, and the leather thong that holds it in the sheath wasn't snapped, and it fell out, landing on the end of the handle.

Other than that, very nice other than some slight blade discoloration or darkening, but you can still see the mirror finish behind it. I tried some rubbing alcohol but that would not take it off. Leather sheath is very nice.

Also has a hanging strap.
