In any event, this is a dog-gone rare knife from Buck. In the first place, they did not make a bunch of 118's and secondly they put stag handles on very few of the 118's they did make! I bought this knife and sheath several years ago at a large swappers day event in Johnstown OH. It did not come with its original box so I conjured up a box and labels for my new acquisition!

I repeat - this is not this knife's original box and it has no papers. So the knife is priced accordingly. If you are a collector this Buck 118 ST is a rare knife in great condition - if you are a user this is a very high quality product made by a good-old American knife company!
