The item up for sale is an original vintage Marble's hunting knife with sheath. I believe it is a Trailmaker. Blade measures approximately 9-3/4 in length. Blade plus handle 15 in length.
Manufactured by Marble's Gladstone, Michigan. Sheath is marked with a date 1930 and Zembo Shoot(Shriners)Harrisburg(PA). Though I was also told this blade was taken with the owner with him when he was in the service during the Second World War.
Take that for what its worth. Blade was sharpened and shows signs of that. There is definitely spots of wear. Some light wear on the handle. Some nicks on the pommel.
Sheath is in Very Good condition. Obviously there is writing on it. The brass pins on the sheath have some surface rust.Overall a really impressive looking blade.
