The knife and hatchet blades are marked Ka-Bar USA. They both are interchangeable with the handle you just turn the knob on the handle and you can use either the hatchet or knife on the handle. With the handle the knife measures 9 3/4" the blade section is 4 1/2". The hatchet in handle is 12" and the hatchet has a cutting edge of 2 3/8".
