The blade is 5 in. This is one of Puma's finer knives that they made. It is stainless steel with nice stag handles with a silver shield inlay. There are no cracks or chips. The control # is 45874, making this knife 39 yrs.

The blade has fine serrations close to the guard for starting a cut and finger grooves on the top for control. The bolster is solid nickel silver with brass rivets. This knife was made to be used. Puma knives are very collectible and highly prized for their quality and design. This one didn't stay in a collection and it's rare to find a used one.

The custom leather sheath was made just for this knife and is very nice. It is way more satisfying to use one of these great knives than just looking at one! I have more knives listed.
