German Imperial Hunting Dagger Cutlass Sword Knife EF Horster Solingen

I know nothing about this. I bought it at an estate sale.

Their were some WWII Hitler postal stamps on some post cards at the estate sale. Anyone out there that can inform me more about this dagger I would appreciate it. Seems to be missing one staple on the scabbard. There are some stains on the dagger itself.
