BEAUTIFUL Antique Jos. Allen & Son Sheffield NONXLL Bowie Hunting Knife withStag

Allen & Son sometime in the late 19th or early 20th Century. Blade is the finest Sheffield carbon steel, hand-forged with a forged brass cross-quillon and real sambar stag handles over a full and tapered tang.

Condition is outstanding, as you can see in the photos, rock solid and right, ready to hunt even today, well over 100 years after it was made. Custom-made sheath is high quality and beautiful but is probably not original. It's 10" inches long overall with a 6" blade. A great piece at a very fair price!

Please think "yard sale" or "flea market" not "Walmart" or Nordstroms. If we've really screwed up, that's different, but I promise you that won't happen.
