ANTIQUE MASSIVE GERMAN HUNTING CLEAVER. THE HANDLE IS OF DEER STAG HORN, THE MOUNTS ARE OF SILVER OR GERMAN SILVER, FINIAL OF THE GUARD IN THE FORM OF THE WILD BOAR HEAD. BLADE IS VERY WIDE AND HEAVY, MADE FOR CHOPPING THROUGH MEAT AND BONES. CONDITION IS VERY GOOD, BLADE AND HILT ARE TIGHT. TOTAL LENGTH IS 18" BLADE IS 13".
